All Fauxward London items are made by hand for each of our clients in our studio in London, United Kingdom. We aim to carry our full Ready to Wear range in stock to be finished and dispatched. Occasionally some items need to be assembled or plated and this is included in the dispatch time indicated in each product description.
If you need a piece sooner that stated please contact us by email before placing your order to request an alternative delivery time. We will do our best to meet each request and will offer a guaranteed dispatch date where possible.
All jewellery is packaged in Fauxward London branded boxes and are shipped in plain packages to maximise the safety of your purchase.
You will be provided the tracking reference number for your package with confirmation of dispatch. Please note that Fauxward London is not responsible for delays or loss of parcels once dispatched.
Some items can take up to 14 days to be produced especially as all our items are finished by hand, we take care and pride in the end product so please be patient. If an item is going to take longer we will notify you.
All back orders are always dispatched quickly and as soon as the stock is here and has been quality controlled. Our standards are high and we will not accept stock unless it is up to our strict and controlled standards.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please note that recipients of items dispatched outwith the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees as well as any other charges accrued. Fauxward London operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis and wish to make clients aware that external forces such as weather and customs may delay the receipt of items. The client is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure items are cleared.
Also international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities, this may cause delays to deliveries which is beyond our control.
Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU 2000 Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund, not including the delivery charges.
Please contact us, by emailing email@example.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement of the faulty or incorrect item(s).
To return items please do this within 7 days of receipt. Your refund will be paid within 30 days by the original method of payment. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty. If your item has been sent with free postage and packing we will debit the COST of the post to you which is £9 for special delivery. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to process which is with in the parameters of the law.
Any goods returned should be in a unused and sale-able condition and returned with its packaging. If goods are returned to us in a condition that is not unused or sale-able we will return the item to you by the cheapest method available to us and not refund. If any item is returned with evidence of wear such as the security tags removed we have the right to return to you with out refunding. ALL items must be re-sell able when returning which means the tags must be in place.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforce ability of the remainder.
If the item is damaged then please contact us by email us with the details firstname.lastname@example.org . We do hand check every item before it is dispatched if it has got damaged in the post then you need to claim the loss from royal mail if you require a form for this please contact www.royalmail.com
Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned for an exchange or refund unless faulty. All earrings are inspected on dispatch by our packing staff and their line manager meaning any faults will be addressed before dispatch.
